These are all part of the eco-system and natural selection. Nature was designed to control the quantity and quality of living things, including mankind. Certain processes take place to ensure the "survival of the fittest" and also to control the population of living things. This is necessary because the earth does not have unlimited resources to accommodate infinite growth in populations. Cruel though as it may seem, it is necessary for nature to "weed out" certain elements to maintain this balance.
Other than this reason, some mosquitoes help with pollination of plants which help provide food and shelter for many living organisms.

The Malaria critter welcomes them with open arms! Now, mosquito larva is an important food source for young fish and other small animals that inhabit water. I understand female (or is it the male?) mosquitoes play a role in plant pollination and do not go after blood. So, to sum it up, mosquitoes are part of the food chain, polinate plants, and provide a host for all sorts of virus. My question to you is - why does nature's equilibrium need Malaria or West Nile virus??

MOSQUITOES ARE a menance to human population.Perhaps they are doing their best to check population growth, or increase the mortality rate of older people. This is not fair on the part of mosquitoes to kill human population.

Some animals eat mosquitoes. If you extinguish mosquitoes those animals will have to find something else to eat. By finding something else to eat, they will eat what other animals eat, and those other animals won´t be able to get well fed and will start to looking for something else to eat. That´s a cycle. And someday you will be in house, without mosquitoes, and you will see a bear looking for something else to eat in your home.
