i was sleepy at first when i went on zoloft..you just have to make yourself do thing...don't sit down, go out...work more if you have to...it will go away...just give it some time, it takes about a month to really start working...but don't you love being able to sleep now? lol...i do...

Just about everything can cause tiredness. BTW, Zoloft is famous for "numbing" out the genitals. One of its side effects had led to its use as a med for premature ejaculation. Yeah a few of these and you can go all night long.

Also extremely vivid almost 'psychic' type dreams are common at first. Not a bad thing necessarily...

IMHO these meds are massively overrated for depression. I'll guess that 90% of the people taking them don't have a chemical imbalance...they have a life style imbalance. But a pill is much quicker and easier to give than sitting down with someone and trying to figure out how to improve their lives...just a thought.
