Here is the problem, I work a couple days a week, I am taken a lot of hours this semester, I'm in a sorority, involved with Habitiat for Humanity, the Hope Care Center, volunteering for a political party, and to top it all off, I live in the dorms. I don't have time or the facilites to cook healthy meals for myself. I try to keep fruit, vegtables, or basically whatever will keep--in my dorm room, but you can only keep so much--and only so much will keep. Did I mention I have no money too? I can't afford to buy groceries constantly. So inconclusion, my question is--what diets are avaiable in this situation? Ideally I would like to cut out carbs, but there isn't a lot of wiggle room.
