only if you drink beer at dinner with it! heat destroys alcohol so it never makes it to the table to get into your system. and even if it didn't the amount that would actually soak in wouldn't be enough to effect your average sized person for an average sized meal of it.

the only time the alcohol BURNS off is in a flambe dish
