I don't get enough with just 8 hrs of sleeping either. I've noticed that even if i sleep 12 hours a day, but go to bed at midnight i feel like i slept like 6 hours. Whenever i go to bed early like 8 or 7 ocklock pm. i feel like i realy slept. Usually when i go to sleep at 8 10 hours of sleep is great.

You sleep to much I'm afraid. Over your limit and it's not good. It's got more or less the same effect on you as if you sleep just few hours. I slept to long on Sunday and had had a headache all day long..

a lot of people actually need more than the recommended 8 hours but I find that if you drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet it actually improves your sleeping pattern and 8 hrs will then be sufficient.

Go to bed earlier, it's all time management, you can fit almost everything you need to do into one day without sacrificing your sleeping time.

Perhaps you should start taking vitamins , they usually help and although i don't know how active you are , perhaps some exercise as well, generally if you exercise you tend to have more energy , hope this helps .

Diet, exercise, cut down on smoking (if you do). I have same problem and has been told to me lack of oxygen will make you groggy and disoriented at first wake and feel run down all day.
