Yes unfortunately you are overweight. Your "ideal" weight is about 20 pounds lighter than you currently are. There could be serious consequences in the long run if you do not start taking charge. I would suggest you start loading up on friuts and vegetables, you can eat as much of these all day as you wish. Also try eating more whole grains rather than processed bread, crackers etc. Try not to eat past 7 pm because our bodies metabloism is at its lowest. By just changing your eating habits alone you should lose weight with little effort. Walking is an excellent way to start a fitness routine. If you think you don't have the time try a lunch break at work or you can break your workout up in to three 15 minute walking sessions throughout the day. Some women may have a more difficult time conceiving while overweight. It is also good to incorporate a light work out while you are pregnant as well. Good luck to you!

According to the Ideal Body Weight Chart I found, you are 13 lbs over your "Ideal" body weight. According to that same chart I am 8lbs over my ideal weight. If you are trying to get pregnant then I would talk to your doctor about your concerns. I read being overweight could cause complications but also losing weight would not reduce risks. My advise to you is to read and educate yourself and ask the women you know about their pregnancies.

Technically yes, but I can't see you and you may have a larger frame, higher muscle mass or you could have a tiny waist with big bust and hips. If you think you are overweight, then you can try to lose weight, but cutting out or limiting unhealthy foods, including refined carbs and red meat. Also lots of cardio combined with weight training, to burn fat, build muscle and increase metabolism as well as reshaping your body. HTH : )

Yes, you sound a little bit heavy. Choose healthy foods, like fruits and veges. and lean meats and getting some exercise. It's better to be in tip top shape, health wise if you are trying to get pregnant. Good luck!

Use subliminal music. There is scientific proof that it works and it is only a few dollars if you look in the right places. Check out my source link. I am using some of these programs myself and they help me to relax and reprogram my mind. There are day and night tracks so you can train your mind 24/7 with the subliminal music programs.

You sound a bit too big for my superficial taste.
Try running or jogging 2 miles per day.
You should be able to keep that up till the end of the 2nd trimester(ask DR).
Don't starve yourself while pregnant.

Technically, you are over weight. Pick a diet that is acceptable to you. Also, start some kind of exercise program. It should work.

You should weigh between 125-130 for your height. You should get about 15 lbs. off before you try to get pregnant.

I think you could be a little overweight..but if you are fit and healthy I wouldn't worry about it...far nicer to see a shapely lady than some one like Victoria Beckham..that thin is awful and not pleasant to look at...
