I've had an anxiety disorder since the London bombings and I have panic attacks when I go on the tube. I was totally unable to go to work for 6 months because of this but made a good recovery.

I was doing OK up until a few weeks ago and it's all gone pear shaped again.

I am starting to get anxious when I leave the house and I don't want to become agorophobic.

Any suggestions?? I do relaxation techniques and breathing control already.. and I'm on medication

I hear of women complaining about dryness down there, but does anyone have the opposite problem? I have always been very wet. Almost too wet. So much so, that I feel the need to keep a towel underneath just in case. I have never heard of anyone else having this problem.....anybody???

I believe we should make obesity as socially unacceptable as smoking, partly because of the sheer pressure the condition is going to have on our health service. Obesity is likely to lead to a wide variety of related diseases, chief among which are heart disease, cancer, diabetes and arthritic problems... All of which is self inflicted as a result of being overweight. A very tiny percentage of overweight people can blame hormonal imbalances for their condition but for the vast majority of overweight people this is not a valid excuse.

You could argue that being near a fat person isn't going to have a direct effect on your health, like being near cigarette smoke. But the effect of widespread obesity on our health service will be very damaging, since the availability of that service will be severely reduced in the future for those of us whose illnesses are not self inflicted in this way. If we made obesity socially unacceptable today, we might be a healthier nation in future..

I got my four wisdom teeth removed by surgery on September 29th,2006, which means that it has now been 11 days since. I did great the first few days, so I thought that I was recovering pretty quick. However, as of like this past weekend, or three or four days ago, I have been feeling like a throbbing pain in my bottom left gum. I looked in the mirror yesterday and see that I can kind of see a little bit of the teeth still there. Yesterday night it was really hurting, or I should say, uncomfortable, and even this morning, which means that I had to take my pain pills.I have my "post surgery checkup appointment" tommorrow, but, in the meantime, what do you think it could be? I know that it really can take up to 4-8 weeks for full recovery, however, why did I not experience any pain like this the days afer surgery and now two weeks later I am? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I bought a pair of shoes and a couple months later I developed a nail fungus in the second toe on each foot (which I thought rather strange). I tried a bunch of topical solutions however they never really cleared the fungus up completely. I have a new pair of shoes now and haven't applied anything to the nails in about 4 months and my nails are returning to normal. Could it have been something in the shoe that caused the problem in the first place? I very perplexed and grateful!

I'm 187 5'2 and 24 years old with a medium build. I am a curvy woman and want to define my hour glass shape. I want to have a toned yet soft look, like a HEALTHY model type, I'd like to get down to a size 4/6 in women,5 in juniors. is it possible to lose 3 lbs of mostly fat every 7 days. I mean I'd love to be 128 by Valentine's day but I'll settle for my best for that date. I want my butt and I have a large bust, so I don't want to be too tiny. would want waist to be around 28inches or less and hips 36.not sure how small my bust will get. I lost 47 lbs b-4 and I went down a few bra sizes.

Just over a week ago, my arms and legs dropped off. It caused me immense pain and discomfort but now, for some unknown reason, I just get on with it. Sadly, last Thursday, my head also became detached from my body and my penis swelled up like a balloon and finally burst and shot off around the room before landing on the cat who then eat it. I am now just a pair of testicles bouncing fericiously around by keyboard. Do you think I should see my doctor? Please, please advise.

I ran my first marathon on October 1, 2006. I am not a fast runner and use a run/walk approach. My legs are feeling better already and I am back running this week. My marathon time was 5:20 and I really liked training for a goal. I would like to run another mid-January.
