I have developed which I think is Repetitive Wrist Injury type of thing on my finger. Can’t stop using my finger because it’s job related but what can I do to release the pain as well as to stop it from getting worst?

my 2 and 1/2 years son is suffering from this. every night at 2 or 3 am he gets an attack of coughing. i think this is allergy or something of the sort. please give me guidance or a cure.

Meaning you are easy to make nervous or upset. Hands shake badly and is easily aggravated by noise or cant stand noise. Just want to be alone all the time and just feel overwhelmed with things that most people wouldnt even find to be overwhelming. In other words just emotionally fragile..

I'v been noticing that my thighs are getting bigger. I don't want to bulk up. I want to burn fat and loose weight. Also, I'm getting that middle age roll around my middle, to top it off,my butt is going south. I relise that I am not 29, what can i do?

Hi, I've been taking calcium since April upon doctor's instruction. I was told to drink plenty of water when I take calcium, but the thing is "how much is plenty". This is very vague to me, and I need to know exactly "how much", for example: 300 c.c. per take or how much. If anyone knows the answer, please help me. Your help is greatly appreciated.
