I use Advil, but believe why one works better than the other is because of body chemistry. Some people forgo the expensive ones and just use aspirin and swear by it. Advil works best for me.

Aleve and Advil. They're easy on my stomach and tough on headaches. They, also, doesn't react with the other medications I'm on. I've tried Excedrin Tension Headache and Excedrin Migraine, but those mixed with my meds makes me nauseous.

Hello ill share old home remedy and as long as not allergic to aspirin it called White willow Bark you get at any GNC, Rite Aid
or any other name brand story you tea or pill it great for inflammation or joint and any other pain.
