genetics

it is mostly genetic.it just means that some strands of hair have lost the melanin in it that produces colour.i have seen kids as young as 8 with grey hairs and being in your 30's it is very normal to have grey hair appearing.you can't do anything about it apart from colouring it and you certainly can't make your hair grey through diet etc.to my knowledge though diet obviously keeps skin ,hair ,and nails healthy particularly as grey hair contains less moisture and is prone to getting dry. there are certain cases where hair has become grey due to severe trauma, be it illness, or stress but this is not a common occurance. in my salon i would be lucky to see anyone without a grey hair at 30.

Heriditary. I've had grey hair since I was 13 years old because most of the women on my mother's side got it at that age.

Wisdom!! To quote the book of Proverbs, "Wisdom makes the head grey..." Right??!!

(Yeah....my wife and kids didn't believe it either).

It is genetic. I was greying in the early 20's. Came from my mother.

its alot to do with genetics, probably your parents or grandparents started getting grey at a similar age, sometimes it just shows up more in dark haired people, so that fairheads just dont notice them!

I am 28 and have started to get more grey now, i first noticed a grey hair when i was about 26! scary!

I cant stop it and nor can you, it is natural, we just have to colour it!!

Too much fast food and soda pop. A lack of melanin. Grey hair can also be influenced by stress. Stress and anxiety may contribute to white hairs gradually appearing. Malnutrition, worry, shock, deep sorrow, tension.

Relax, be happy and lead a less stressful lifestyle.

I was about eighteen when I started, by the time I was thirty, I was 95% grey/silver. It is hereditary. If you are male, be careful, you'll have more action than a slinky.

my hair starts greying at the age of 25. It turns back to black in several occasions, but, It doesn't bother me though. I still have sane mind!
