I am only 19 weeks and already having so much nerve pain on my left side. I was told to try alternating a heating pad and an ice pack on the area. That does help somewhat, but I find that having my husband press on that area after a warm bath is the only thing that really helps, and only temporarily. I am already in agony and am so nervous it'll only get worse as the baby gets bigger!

Sounds to me like you suffer from major anxiety like so many people do in this hurry up day and age..you need to see a good Dr. to rule out any physical problem. Much has been discovered medically in the last decade to help alleviate this problem. With what is available and with the help of Dr there is no reason to have to suffer from anxiety or similar disorders. The biggest hurdle is to except the fact that something is wrong and break down and go to the Dr. After that, they can and will help you....

Yes, many of us suffer from these or similar symptoms. It is time for you to go talk with your Dr. about this problem. It could possibly be depression, as well as nerves.
Take care.

I become like that sometimes, My birds' screaming can send me off the bat like nothing else. People's eating habits. When I'm pissed or upset its magnified. I also do need some "me" time every now and then. This happens every now and then. If you feel like this all the time, may be you should see a doc.

Sorry if this describes you. It sounds to me like how I used to be. The Doctors all told me I suffered from "Social Anxiety Disorder". On the other hand... I knew another person who was irritable, jumpy, and liked solitude... He was much better once he quit smoking Meth.
