here's what the dermatologist will say. Use an anti fungal, then anti bacterial then treat with either in a combination of cortizone cream and the first two. What they will not tell you and it may well be is celiac desease, cuz if they told you that there would be no return visits, and no meds needed since it is a food intollerance to all wheat and believe me it is in lotsa stuff and if that is it then the cure is only eat fresh meats and vegys. Also it might be some other alergy type thing
there are over 4000 skin probs and about 5 cures anti biotics internal is the other one. Possible alergens might be detergent used for wash, something in your water especially if you have your own well, and many many others. Determining if there was a change shortly b4 it started may narrow down the seach

Sounds like you're suffering from two separate conditions, first the rashes could be several things from dermatitis, allergic reactions, etc in which you need to see a dermatologists. Secondly, if you have boils that sounds like you may have a staph infection & could easily spread through open wounds via your rashes & can be very serious & deadly at times. For the boils your doctor can prescribe antibiotics. The staph is also contagious. Keep your hands clean & don't squeeze the boil, don't share towels & use the same towel more than once. First & foremost see your doctor.

Yes you should see a dermatologist. As a woman in my late 20's I am suffering from eczema. I've had it my entire life, but as each year passes it gets worse and worse. Finally leaving me no choice, but to see a dermatologist for treatment as over the counter lotions and cream helped me none. Now I have an array of things to help me out, not a cure, but soothes the itching and pain that comes with nasty @ss dry skin.

Depends on what specific rash or boi you have. It sounds like you may be suffering from ecsema or psoraisis in which care these skin diseases cannot be cured completely, just treated to be less itchy & painful.
Seek medical help to get a proper diagnosis asap.
