I have never heard of a water infection but needing to go frequently is a sign of many medical problems including diabetes, urinary tract problems and pregnancy, I would definately see a doctor about it. But perhaps you are just drinking more water than usual and just need to go more, since it doesn't hurt I don't think its an infection. Ask a doc though to be sure.

Water infection is what we Americans call a bladder infection. I had a bladder infection once and it felt like I had to go all the time. Half the time I went nothing would come out, the rest of the time it burnt real bad. See a Dr if you start getting pain.

A water infection? Do u mean a urinary tract infection? If u aren't having pain, or urgency, probably not, but if u think u might have a UTI, go to the dr.
