i have it all the time and cant sit and relax. Have to keep getting up and i can never go visiting for long periods of time as i get so restless

This might sound weird, but medical columnist Dr. Peter Gott has published letters from dozens of readers about putting soap under their bedsheets to cure restless and cramping legs. It sounds weird, but if it works, it'd be worth it. Do a Google search for "Dr. Gott" and "soap under the sheets."

Before you go to sleep, lay in your back and lean your legs up against a wall just to get the blood flowing for atleast five minutes three times a week. This would help your legs not feel tired.

yeah i think i have it too, i read that it may be linked to heart or nervous conditions that are genetically linked, supposedly cutting back on caffine and smoking helps but also regular stretching and exercise might help quell the problem, if those dont work for you as they havent worked for me you can see a doctor or just take some awesome drugs you can get off the streets , whatever floats your boat

just seat back and relax have a foot spa-massage, or if you are in your house, place your feet/legs in chairs or in a table and at work don't cross your legs when you seat, it only cause a varicose viens.

put 10 pound weights on each ankle and get some freaking exercise.
