Can you get away with just doing incline & flat bench? Also, if anyone has any ideas of how I could make up for not being able to do butterflys (no dumb/barbells) or declines (only have a flat bench that has an incline position as well, but no decline) that would be great. Like maybe a different way of holding the bar or something (hand spacing?).

Thanks a ton!

About a month and a half ago I noticed red rashes on each side of my scrotum. I assume it was due to working so hard in the warehouse that I work in. I was sweat profusely every day to get my job done. Anyhow I took a two week break from working hard but the rash kept spreading. I tried putting anti-fungal powder on the area but it did nothing. Then I tried using Hydrocordisone (probably spelt wrong) on the area which didn't make it go away but it sort of helps it keep from spreading so I moved onto lotramin because I'm almost positive this rash is jock itch, but the lotramin didn't help at all. So far the only thing I've found that helps it start to look better is antibiotics that I had left over from a previous denist visit. The rash looks just like jock itch but its spreading like crazy. It completely covers my crotch and has moved up onto my scrotum and down the inner sides of my legs. It's also moving up into the pubic hair above my penis. There's also a little redness on my penis

hi there, i have a very small cut on my penis which is about 1cm down from the bottom of the head (on the underside). i think i got it from a rough sex session with no lubricant. it has been there for about 2 weeks and is not as raw as it used to be, but it is still very sesitive and tender when i get an erection. i have cut down on masturbation, to allow it to heal (so the cut does not break open again), but it doesnt seem to be healing, and i am having trouble stopping masturbation all together. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thanks

A lawyer married a woman who had previously divorced ten husbands.

On their wedding night, she told her new husband, "Please be gentle, I'm still a virgin."

"What?" said the puzzled groom.

"How can that be if you've been married ten times?"

"Well, Husband #1 was a sales representative: he kept telling me how great it was going to be.

Husband #2 was in software services: he was never really sure how it was supposed to function, but he said he'd look into it and get back to me.

Husband #3 was from field services: he said everything checked out diagnostically but he just couldn't get the system up.

Husband #4 was in telemarketing: even though he knew he had the order, he didn't know when he would be able to deliver.

Husband #5 was an engineer: he understood the basic process but wanted three years to research, implement, and design a new state-of-the-art method.

Husband #6 was from finance and administration: he thought he knew how, but he wasn't sure whether it was his job or not.

Husband #7 was in marketing: although he had a nice product, he was never sure how to position it.

Husband #8 was a psychologist: all he ever did was talk about it.

Husband #9 was a gynecologist: all he did was look at it.

Husband #10 was a stamp collector: all he ever did was... God! I miss him! But now that I've married you, I'm really excited!"

"Good," said the new husband, "but, why?"

"You're a lawyer. This time I know I'm gonna get screwed!"

Well my back hurts REALLY bad when I lay down, but once it settles it doesn't hurt anymore, but if I move it does. When I am up and moving around and in gym class and stuff, it doesn't hurt at all. Just when I lay down and sit down. What's wrong?

By the way, I'm thirteen.

Is there anything other than using a mouthpiece splint and heating pads. Ive had it for about 25 years now and my jaw pops bad every time i open my mouth and it feels weak. I told my dentist about it but he just said we might could make a splint. I just dont think that it will fix the problem. I was wondering if I may have to have surgery on it to fix it. I heard of chropracters helping it puting it into place but it seems like it would be to loose to do that now after so long.

My wife wasn't feeling good and had diarhea but also there was this hard mass that was about the size of a grape with a long (about 2-3 inches) "tail" looking thing attached to it. It was purple-brown in color and had some white-yellowish mucus on it. It didn't look like anything she's ever eaten but it was too big to be a worm (that I know of).

Any thoughts?

My hands have been shaking since I was little and I've been to the doctors and they couldn't come up with an answer. I had a heart murmur so would this make any difference? It gets a lot worse when I'm really nervous and I think it makes my writing a bit wobbly. Any ideas?

I'm sleepy when I go to bed at 10 and when I wake up at 6:30 I'm sleepy and I'm sleepy and groggy all during the day. I never feel refreshed in the morning and almost never during the day. I always have these dark circles under my eyes. I can't take pills or consume alchohol, so please don't suggest that. Thank you.

I havent smoked in almost three weeks. while I should be happy at my progress, I have been feeling down lately. I havent caved in to the cravings and iv'e been pleasant with my friends and family. Every morning, I lack the energy to make breakfast much less anything else, which results in me going to the fast food fat factories, and that brings me down because im trying to lose weight aswell. I don't know any more. If there is any one out there with some advice I would be greatfull. Thank you

I took a laxative about 2 months ago to clear up my first case of constipation since I was a kid (I'm coming up on 30). Ever since then I've felt like there is something lodged in my descending colon. I went to see the doctor about it out of fear that I had colorectal cancer. They performed a colonoscopy and nothing showed up, no polyps or even hemrroids. I don't have diahrrea or excessive gas, so it isn't IBS. The doctor seems to think that it's my diet. But I eat healthy and have never had this problem before. Now I have a constant feeling of pressure/discomfort in my descending colon and never goes away. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.
