Because I have a bothersome cold, and tomorrow is my 13th birthday, so I want to get better fast. But I don't like drinking water. And anyway, Nesquik powder mixed with milk to make chocolate milk is good for you and high in calcium, so does that count? If not, what does besides water?

I was tested and found I had high range of acid in my body. I want to reduce that and was told teatra oil was helpful. So I want more information on it and anything else that would help my health in that area and in lowering my blood pressure. Thank you.

Like for instance if you draw a line from the middle of your forhead down to between your feet and one side tends to be more prone to joint problems a week eye skin problems etc. If one side is being more affected and the other side never has any problems does that mean anything?

at present i am undergoing accupuncture treatment. the doctor prefers to change the needles and go in for fresh ones only after use for 15 times. The carton containing the needles says that the needles are to be used only once. is it a business trick for more sales. will any accupuncture doctor clarify?

I am seeking advice on a torn ACL injury that I sustained while playing football. I'm a 27 year old very active male and I definitely want to be able to remain that way after surgery. I have read about the different types of reconstruction techniques and I wanted to get feedback on the pluses and minuses of either receiving a hamstring graft or a donor graft. Please only answer if you have any experience with a torn ACL. I greatly appreciate it!
