There is no vaccine for hepatitis c. If you've been exposed to hep c, you will have the antibodies. You will need further testing to see if you have chronic hep c. Most people who've been exposed to hep c go on to have the disease for the rest of their life. It is treatable in 50-80% of those who have it if caught before too much damage has been done. Please follow up with a specialist such as a gastroenterologist.

There is no vaccine for hepatitis C. If tests results show you have hep C, then you have hep C.

If you had a Hepatitis B vaccine, you could produce a false positive for Hep B, not Hep C.
