I am 30 and have been on the pill since the age of 16, the only time i have not took the pill is whilst i was having may lil girl...Yes i did get pregnant whilst taking it!
Anyway, the thing is i have been single since March and have now decided to stop taking the pill, as of this week......anyone know of any side effects i might have if any.....i have been taking this drug for 14 years!!!

For the last 6 months I’ve had a lot of difficulty getting to sleep/staying asleep. I can lay in bed for hours trying to fall asleep, and when I finally do, I’m constantly waking for no reason. There’s even times when I’m up all night and can’t do anything about it (and no, I don’t do drugs). I should probably go to my doctor, but I don’t know if I wanna take medication for it.
Any suggestions?
