Those are called spider veins and they are not veins. They are capillaries and can be lasered away by a dermatologist.

Though most people think that this condition called varicose veins, is just a minor inconvenience, it also can seriously impair blood circulatio. If your veins are truly black you need to get to a dermatologist asap.

I have some on my left thigh, just at a place that gets bumped regularly, against the edges of some piece of furniture. I am under a 9+ month candida cleanse regimen that is supposed to help with spider veins. I think they are lessening.

Try witch hazel. It can make the blood vessels disspair.
