There are many different kinds of vegetarians.

The basic vegetarian, or at least as it was originally conceived, is a person that eats no meat or fish.

Some vegetarians add milk and eggs to their diet on occasion, and they are called lacto-ovo vegetarians.

Vegans are a more strict form of vegetarian, in that they don't eat any kind of animal products. They also choose not to use or purchase items that are made from animals (like leather). Some vegans go so far as to eliminate honey from their diets.

As others have pointed out, there are also many different reasons why people choose to be vegetarians. Some do it for health reasons, some do it because it is dictated by their religion, and others do it for ethical reasons.

A vegetarian is a person persecuted just because they don't eat the flesh of animals. They see that there is no benefit from doing so, they care for the environment, and also they aren't as fat as meat eaters.

We do not eat meat- self explanitory, some avoid dairy products as well, and eggs- but that is normally reffered to as vegan.

A vegetarian diet- when used properly is incredibly healthy and you get all the protein you need despite not eating a slab of pig bum. It is also exellent to maintain a healthy weight, as obviously we eat a lot less fat than the carnivores. Just take a look at western socirty (meat eaters) in comparison to the east (vegetarians)- it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see when vege is best for your health. Even if you don't respect animals- have respect for your own body.

if you mean vegetarian then they are persons who eat only food derived from the plant kingdom. They do not eat any other living beings and even eggs and mushrooms etc are considered as non-vegetarian. The only thing that is considered vegetarian derived from living beings I think is milk which is taken from cows , goats and camels etc.
