I hate the way i look and I'm at the lower end of what is considered to be healthy for my height. I get told all the time how fit i am and that i look really healthy now I'm a proper weight. The problem isn't our weight, it's our self esteem. When you were anorexic you still hated the way you looked right? Finding a purpose has helped me recently, now all I'm concerned about when i look at my body is whether or not it can run that next race, not what it looks like. However people who suffer from anorexia can tend to be obsessive so you have to watch that you don't get too carried away with whatever you take up.
good luck and I'm sure you look great, these things are usually all imagined

I like what I see when I look in the mirror. After three years of hard work, I can't stay away from a mirror. I worked very hard to get where I am. I practically live in the gym and I watch what I eat. If you have a problem with what you see, do something about it instead of whining.

I make it a point never to look in a mirror - I know what my body is like and it's bad enough when I see my reflection in a shop window as I pass by.
I know I need to loose weight and I am doing something about it but to maintain a Positive Mental Attitude I refuse to look in a mirror and I only wear things I feel comfortable in so that I can be confident in going out and not let things affect my everyday life.
You need to get your self confidence up - if you are not happy then do something about it, you are the only person that can !
Do not loose weight because you think you should or because you are not like all those waifes on telly.
You are lovely as you are but you have to accept yourself or change yourself. No-one can change you or should have the right to make you feel bad about yourself ..................
Smile :)

If you can't look at your body, turn the mirror into your soul; our inside is more important than the outside. In the meantime you can ask expert's advice on how to lose weight healthy and steadily-never too quickly so as to be able to maintain your new weight. I know many women who are fat but, are happy with their lives and confident about themselves. So can you; it's only a matter of perspective.

Please ignore that disgusting little boy who called you that word- it's pathetic and done for attention. His mummy obviously doesn't love him
The western world has a serious problem with weight, on one end the obese population is enormous (in percentage), and then there is a huge risk of anorexia with men and women starving themselves literally to death.
If you are so unhappy then there is a way to stop it- you can lose wieght. It may seem daunting, but do it gradually rather than crash diet. Cut meat out of your diet firstly- it's full of fat and you can get the protein from plenty of fresh vegetables and bread. Exercise is also important, try swimming, its a cardiac exercise, and excerises the whole body.
I hope that advice helped you a little. Be positive and learn to accept yourself as you are.

well i am also a stone and a half over weight but i do not hate my image. I get lots of male attention and my chap thinks im georgeous. Please never compare your self to very slim people, they often work out for hours on end and constantly bore everyone with their diets. I know i used to be one. Simple changes like drinking diet drinks instead of normal, brown bread instead of white, drinking hot chocolate instead of a chocolate bar, will, over approximately a year help you lose upto a stone. And you wont notice your doing it. A s there is no deprivation. Im overweight because i drink too much stella, but i have a bloody good time doing it!.

properly, are not any further making goofy poses then! you're kinda frowning & all and various seems more advantageous acceptable with a happier, more advantageous at peace look on their face. =) You look positive. :) Alot of ppl have some thing they %. at interior the mirror... organic... ~imagine about those which have had malicious hate crimes that altered their visual attraction... communicate about a consistent reminder... you should forgive yet you'll in no way be able to forget... maximum ppl ought to look interior the mirror a minimum of two times an afternoon... also, by making use of ways others replace the way they look at them, that's a consistent reminder... then others say that words damage merely as a lot as moves... no longer!... cuz with words you could make your self no longer live on them & ignore it... with some thing actual, you could no longer help yet to imagine of what you word & continually be reminded...

if you were not you then you wouldnt exist.
Stop wishing you were better than what you are, if you have a significant other then bask in their love, if not then find one, dont feel sorry for yourself, that is what makes you ugly, not the fact that the earth has given you a higher weight than what is considered by others as average.
Those things lie anyway if everyone took part then the 'average' would probably be somewhere where you are now, so consider yourself normal.
And smile, at least you dont have any diseases like aids or cancer! seriously, count yourself lucky, and dont whinge.

Oh yes I do. For years all I had was a tiny mirror in the bathroom. It used to drive my guests nuts lol. Now I have a full length mirror but I have to keep it covered so I dont see myself. And as for changing rooms with all those mirrors I have to avoid looking in to them.
