If you havent been eating, eventually you wont want food. In that case, start slow, eating small meals at the very least 3 times a day.If you dont want to cook, eat good food from a nearby restaurant take out, such as soups, salads etc. If you can tolerate food aroma, then put something on the stove to cook that you like the smell of.Food aroma will increase your appetitie.
If you dont get hunger pains and that is your problem, set a clock to go off 2 to 4 hours after your last meal and eat something then.
If you want to eat more for the nutritional benefits because you dont each much, then if you can, swim. Swimming uses every muscle in the body and it doesnt take much of a swim to make a person hungry. If you cant get to a pool, do some vigorous exercise at least once a day.
Finally, find out if you are suffering from depression. It can certainly cause a lack of appetite and weight loss.Find out if your thyroid is healthy, and find out if you are physically healthy in general.

Sit in a recliner with the TV on and don't ever do any exercise. you will definetely get hungry from all the food commercials and should turn into a tub of lard in no time. Good luck.

Have a friend over to eat with!!!

Think of all the foods you loved to eat, when you were younger..
