Avoid them if possible, but if you have to work with or near them just humour them and listen and agree then walk off,let it go in one ear and out the other thats what i do, and ive worked with some right boring gits, but being rude wont get you anywhere, just a bad name for being rude. Just think someone might find you boring or irritating if they were rude or nasty about you what would you think??

Ignore them, its the only way, you are the one who will end up feeling bad if you rise to the bait, but it will be water off a ducks back for them. If they are boring and irritating they are probably thick skinned as well.

Find something in common, ask questions, take an interest in someone else for a change and stop being so self centred. Or just smack them and tell them where to go.

Avoid them like the plague make an excuse as quickly as possible to leave their company that's if you have to be civil to them. Or just don`t have anything to do with them
