It is definately your medication, unfortunately it takes time for doctors to prescribe the correct medication, their are so many antidepressants and antipsychotics that it is hard to get the right one first time. Don't worry too much about it, although it may seem horrible now, as soon as you are on another tablet- you'll feel much better- or of course you will have another side affect to deal with...
Ignore the person who said you might have a disease (schizophrenia and paranoia are not diseases anyway)- these are not symptoms of these conditions.
Good luck!

Did it start around the same time you started the new medication? New medicines especially phychiatric medicines can cause a lot of strange symptoms. I took Effexor once and saw a man hanging from my tree in the front yard that of course wasn't there, a man across the street that wasn't there, horrible nightmares (dreamed about the Devil), feeling of unreality, and finally a panic attack where I kept seeing were dead people in the back of my car on the way home from a friend's house that I knew weren't there. All of this was phychological side effects from the Effexor. Thank God I figured it out before it was time to double up the dose. Talk to your Dr as soon as possible.

Listen to " Turtle". She has been there and she is giving you good advice.
Also listen to your dreams. There may be some answers to questions you don't want to face trying to surface. Maybe you feel that you are drowning in your depression and that people are not taking it, therefore you ,seriously enough. There is no need for you to be going through this.
I hope that you get strong again soon. Will be thinking of you. Wishing you peace, love, light and strength.

Somebody near your house could have been messing with some electronic equipment they should not have. Keep a pocket notebook handy and note the times and places when/where it happens and whatever else seems important. It might be affecting some of your neighbors or their pets too.

I would go see a doctor really quick. Have you had a traumatic experience you don't remember? It's worrying for you, I hope you feel a bit better soon.
