A dear friend said that recently one of her nipples became inverted. She is going through perimenopause. She goes in to see a doctor next week. In the meantime, I'm trying to find out information to help her learn as much as she can and perhaps what to ask her doctor. Do any of you readers have personal knowledge or experience with this condition? Thank you.

I had allergy symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneeezing etc. I started taking b12 and the symptoms went away. Could low b12 cause allergy symptoms?

I am diagnosed having sleep apnea and still undergoing treatment. I have to take public transport daily for the 62 mile trip to work (or 90 minutes travel time). As the bus or train leaves the station at 5am, most passengers take time to sleep during the trip. With my loud snoring should I suddenly fall asleep, people get mad and I get so embarrased. Listening to music and watching DVD movies through my portable players can't keep me away from falling asleep too.

A friend of mine has been dating this guy, and since she started dating him we have noticed major changes in her, in almost every way, none of them good. i mean good greif. they keep running around telling us what is bad and what is good. good grief, we already know and still take the risks, why? because we're just human. "Ooh, starch is bad." "Soda causes tooth decay" yeah you know what causes headaches? Health specialists.

surely if we wanted to be healthy, we wouldn't be selling junk foods in the first place.

Hello,

I am a FT college student who also works FT that doesn't have a lot of money. I don't have medical or dental, but am in need of dental work (cavities, root canal, etc.) and even if I could afford the insurance plans out there, they don't cover much if anything.

I have searched the internet over and over but can't find anything that leads me to a phone number for low income dental care for people like me. I keep finding stuff that states that the programs exist here, but no names or contact information.

Just wondering if anyone has had a tooth veneered,and if the procedure is ok. I go to my dentist regular so my teeth are good but he said one of my teeth wont come clean properley anymore due to staining,although there is nothing wrong with the tooth,so he offered me tooth veneering so it will blend in with the rest of my teeth. Would you advise having it done or just leave it?

I was told I have gum disease and that flossing daily will help. Ive been flossing and it hurts really bad and when I wake up in the morning my gums are all puffy, is this normal? When I floss I push the floss down as far as I can which causes pain already and bleeding. ALSO I hate flossing, im afraid that when I pull the floss my tooth will come out with it, anything to kill that anxciety feeling?

Ok as a child I was very ill - from birth to 8yrs old , 12 hours plus in bed sleeping - it lead to an over active imagination.
Never went to school grade 6 tops and even then I didn't attend more than 25 % of the classes

High school 2 maybe 3 credits - just didn't go.
Lied about my education all my life - made up stories about who I am and where I am from all my life . Lost a girlfriend that way - told her I was from England (not from England)
Lived on welfare stayed with my parents until they died and then lived on the streets for 4 years hitch hiking accross the country in and out of many psche wards in various hospitals .
Got a job got of the street - Never told anyone how screwed up I am there is more of course but you get the idea -

Is there any hope for me or am I too far gone now to ever go anywhere in life ?
