First off your bowel is probably not emptied completely, it takes some time for your food to digest.

If you recently changed your diet, like adding in more fiber all of a sudden, it will take time for your body to adjust and you will have gas.

Keep a diary, see if you can narrow down the food that cause the problem. Then stop and maybe start adding it back in to your diet but in small amounts.
I have that problem with chocolate. A little no problem, a lot and me and everyone else for about 100 ft suffers.

You can try Beano...but I am not sure about it. I think it is an enzyme to aid in food digestion. I prefer finding the cause and seeing if I can take care of it without adding more chemicals into my body.

You might try using Beano before you have breakfast. It's inexpensive and safe. Another possibility is Gas-X. You can get both in drug stores in the U.S.

Could it be that you are lactose intolerant? Do you only have gas after having dairy products? If so take lactase.
