Go to a doctor and he can prescribe cream for them. Sometimes they have to be repaired by surgery. Once you have them you have them for life there are no foods to be avoided. You really should see a doctor

high fiber diet....mild laxative and hemorrhoid ointment that can shrink it...but if u are bleeding all the time , surgery will be the only answer.
