I too quit, but only because I had to discipline myself and do what I KNOW needed to be done!
Ok you might not like the answers I give but I don't beat around the bush...

1) You have to get away from all your 'friends' or else always suffer the temptation of people pushing drugs onto you. Leave them, move if you can. Disappear. These people don't like you because they don't know the real you anymore, only you on drugs. Also it's just to damn hard to fight temptation that doesn't need to be pushed... get away from all avoidable drug pushing.

2) Spend more time outside. In the nature, or with your family. Try not to spend time doing nothing like watching TV or movies, you have to get active to stimulate the endorphins throughout your body and help you realize you can feel great without stupid drugs.

3) Congratulate yourself. Write yourself notes, do whatever you can to recognize your achievement(s) DO NOT sell yourself short! You have quit drugs! This is a HUGE DEAL! You are finally on the right path to being self-righteous! You will soon see what life really is again!

4) Have fun! Go out with people you know that don't do drugs and go have fun with them. Enjoy peoples presence, they should be there not only because they have drugs to do.

5) Let other people know you exist. Don't shut yourself in, get out there with your family/ real friends.

HHhhmmm .. I hope that helps ... If I have any more to help I wil again. Good Luck and Good for You!

CONGRATS!

It is quite hard to to stay off drugs. Most important is to get rid of the circle who use drugs.

Anotther imporant thing is to find a hobby and get deeply involved with it.

Doing Pranayam i.e. breathing excercises of yoga may help too.

Find a drug-free "high."

For instance, bike ride, hiking, something that takes your mind off of daily crap and gets you happy in the end.

Get rid of all your friends who use. Even if it's temporary. Just don't associate with them. If they are truly your friends, they will understand.

Good for you!!!!! High five!
