I posted this in "Relationships, but I thought it applies here too:

I've been with this man for 7 years. Since I was 16. He's very "mentally unstable" He choked me a year ago to the point I passed out, he's attempted suicide, he's extremely overbearing and oppressive. How do I find the strength to leave him for good? I've already told him all of this and he called me begging and crying saying he knows, and he'll change. But I've heard all of it before. He'll never change. But how can I get him to see that we are not compatible anymore and that we must move on? It breaks my heart to see him in such pain. I'm afraid I'll go back just because I feel bad for him. Any advice?

He's been in and out of psychotherapy and meds, but won't stick to it.

I went for my annual exam and I moved so I have a new gynecologist.

She examined me, and since she is a woman there was not a nurse present.

Anyway, she told me not to shave "down there" anymore.

I asked why.

She told me that shaving down there could spread bacteria and in her opinion, women who shaved were "trashy!"

WTF?

What should I do about this,

and is shaving really bad for you?

I have a friend who loves to wear jeans and always did in high school. But in the last ten years or so, if she wears jeans of any kind, even loose fitting jeans, she has vaginal burn. She misses wearing them and wishes she could figure out why. Her doctor was no help. He told her he had never heard of that and he doesn't know why.
Could it be the dyes in jeans? And if so, what can she do? Is there a special kind of jeans for this? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

My friend is a lover of humping soft toys (masturbation) in order to achieve an orgasm, she finds that it helps her but I am worried that she will damage herself? Is there anything she could catch from doing this? She has also been complaining of pain in her stomach I was wondering if this was caused by a strain? thanks

HI
Amazing how come a lot of people are just answering questions just to answer or just to see who is the most STUPID.I asked a question earlier about keeping expired meds at home.and (almost)all I got it's hate or stupidity.
I speak english only since 3 years and I passed the TOEFL exam required by all good universities.at list i can speak french , english and spanish. What about you?
That's not a stupid question because laws are different between states.please see the "JCAHO Changes Related to High-Risk Medications"...AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE RESPONSABILITY OF A HOMECARE NURSE CONCERNING THE PATIENT'S FAMILY EDUCATION.
If you Work for a homecare agency,YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE A SURVEY AT ANY TIME.EVEN IN A PATIENT HOME (if the family is ok with that of course)
I can confirm you that I'm a nurse and I passed my NCLEX with a score of 81%.you might find it in all the public records. My question is to know if i could be in trouble, not the family.Stop that stupid hate

Hello,

There is a sign and symptom of a particular disease that effects the fingertips. Somehow it mishapes the finger tips and nails. I thought it had to do with COPD but have been unable to find any mention of it.

Can someone tell me the name of the condition that effects the fingertips and what disease it is related to?

Thanks in advance.

I just want your opinion on whether or not I really should take my daughter to see a psychiatrist.

Yesterday she was telling me that about 2 years ago she started “coloring” traffic signs in her head. As we drive she looks at the signs and imagines herself coloring them. She said if there are too many signs she invisions herself grabbing them all and putting them in a bag to take home and color later. She mentioned that she has tried to quit this habit several times but will have a panic attack and can’t control the desire to mentally color. If I drive too fast and she isn’t done coloring a sign she gets anxiety and tries to distract herself.

I’m not sure if it would be considered a real problem or just a vivid imagination. If we are having a conversation she said she doesn’t think about the signs and is able to function okay. It’s when she is quiet that she has the urge to look out the window and color.

Thank you for any suggestions.
