the penis does not get fatter. As far as i know, there are no fat cells in the penis, so fat cannot be stored in the penis.
in fact, a guy's penis may look smaller as his body gets bigger, because his penis remains the same size. the penis to body size ratio decreases.

Yes, but not signifiantly. And fat is squishy... Learn to appreciate what you've got, focus on making your partner happy because really, size isn't everything. It's not the size of the plane, it's the skill of the pilot.

No, one has nothing to do with the other. Your penis is the size it is regardless how much weight you gain or lose.
