I drink water every while but not normally like I should; years ago parts of skin on my upper body started changing colors and the surface of whatever it was would start itching. It seems that everytime I would drink water normally it would go away, but its would always come back in the forms of light and darks yet various shapes. Recently I've been drinking water like I should, but it not disappearing, and the part of skin is very dry even after I get out of a bath, and it itches somewhat. I've seen what psoriasis is and I dont think it could be that unless there are different forms, but it would seem pretty odd because its not that bad. I've heard of "liversplash" from someone who said that I may not drink enough water and I heard of the term "water marks", does this sound familiar? What could be my problem, its only been on my chest, stomach and back. Although I'm going to the doctor soon for a different situation, maybe I should visit dermatologist, but any info would help.

I want to get a gym membership and I don't know if I should go to 24 hr fitness, Balleys, Curves. Who likes their gym?? Did you also get a personal trainer too, and did they help any??

I live in Nassau County, Long Island. I'm 33 - overweight, out of shape, and I'm sick & tired of feeling like crap all the time. It's time to do something about it. Can anyone recommend a good gym for someone who has never really been on an exercise/workout routine before?...a place that maybe has special programs for beginners? I've never belonged to a gym before - but I know that different gyms cater to different clienteles (I wouldn't want to join Powerhouse, for example). I want to be able to go somewhere where I'm comfortable and also have a good plan set-up for me so I know what I'm doing....have a focus. I have a free-month trial at Synergy - but I don't know if that would be the right gym for me - so if anyone has specific experience with that gym, please comment.

I have2 large stone in the proxil of the submandibular gland
15mm by 5.5 under tongue . It also says 1 in neck,doctor says I have to them removed Also I have to and have whole gland removed..Anyone ever had this?I had hem 2 yrs and they only been infected 1 time.

I can only retract my foreskin about 1cm past the head, when it is erect, and then it begins to feel tight. Is that far enough? Will i be able to have sex? I am worried about my frenulum tearing! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been having a pretty tough time at the moment...I have had a miscarriage after trying for a baby for three years, I have been abused by my psychiatrist, and am no longer interested in the thesis I'm supposed to be writing. I am having really horrendous nightmares where I wake up crying or feeling so low that I just want to die. Is there anything I can do before bed to stop nightmares?

My sister-in-law left her baby with my mother-in-law a little over a month ago and we are trying to find her. After weeks of calling an texted her phone we finally got a text back (supposedly not her) saying she was in rehab and could not contact anyone for 2 weeks. Well we still have not heard anything back and getting really worried that she may not be in rehab. But the centers I have called said they cannot tell me if she is there or not. So how would I go about trying to find her if she is indeed in rehab? Also is there a free search where I could look to see if she has died or been in hospital?

also, the herbal products cost very little to produce (probably pennies) and the companies dont have to pay for research and regulation like traditional drug companies do.

anyway, my point is natural medicine is as big or bigger of a rip off than "big pharma" so for those of you who constantly whine about how "big pharma" is so much more expensive and not about treating things, well, there you have it....

My granddaughter has lice AGAIN and someone told my daughter in law to use flea shampoo. I have never heard of this, When my daughter got lice I used Queen Helene Cholesterol condition/strengthening cream and covered her whole head real thick with it. I put a shower cap over it for 2 hours and got rid of the lice. My daughter in law swears flea shampoo works (but it seems to me it doesn't because she keeps having to use it). What do you think?

Gynecologists so far are clueless and so are endocrinologists. Yet I am producing to much testosterone on certain days of cycle. A saliva test confirmed this, but they don't know what to do about it other than birth control pills which have not helped. Thank you..
