My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Here, read this.

I lost 3 pounds within a week for starting out by eating 5 - 6 small meals a day. Nothing fancy. You may not need to lose weight but preferably tone certain target areas.
You do know about the tricks models do in a photo shot to create the illusion that their thighs are smaller? They turn their knees in a little and slightly squat to get the open area between the legs. This would of coarse be a shot from the thighs up.
No matter what, don't starve. It will cause you to gain instead. Stick with the 6 small meals a day. You will be shocked how well it works!

The best way to slim down is to cut your calorie intake a day, you need to count about how many your eating a day and then cut that in half or more if you want to loose weight fast. Also you need to excercise but be careful because muscle can add weight. Either way 5'7 and 111 is already more than perfect, I am 5'2 and 114 and I thought I looked fine. Another factor is that they had articles about models that are too skinny, how that some can't walk the runway because they are promoting unhealthy images for people and believe me 100 pounds at 5'7 is too skinny. Either way it should be how you feel about your image and not how society feels about it, just remember to stay healthy and keep eating!

according to that high and weight.. you are already underweight.. so if someone tells you to lose more weight they don't have your health in mind.. and at 5'7" .. 100 lbs would be a scarecrow.. I'm sure you are already hot as hell so don't do it! you'll make yourself look and feel bad. so if they insist on you losing weight.. insist on a different agency. NOTHING is as important as being healthy.

You are slender already. Focus on being fit, not paper thin. If they are telling you you need to loose weight then you need a different agency.

Whoa.. You are underweight already.
I am 5'3 and I'm 98 pounds.
If you were a run way model you would have to be thinner but being a model for ads and such you wouldn't have to be as thin.

Oh, please be careful!! Some agencies are starting to reconsider weight. One recently changed theirs more to a realistic 120. Saw it on the news. Getting too low means your body will cannablize itself and you will lose valuable muscle mass, including in your organs.

You are skinny enough most models are on a strict diet and some don't eat at all. Just be careful!
