Anything safe that is a release for you. Some people exercise, golf, read, hit the punching bag, squeeze a stress ball, sex, whatever makes you feel at peace and helps you let go.

Exercise helps quite a bit, sex is good, too. Anything that works the muscles of the body and the heart/lungs enough to produce endorphins and tire you out.
