If right outside the opening of your vagina, it may be a Bartholin's cyst. They are usually harmless/painless, and tend to drain on their own. One way to speed the draining process is to take warm/hot baths, 2-3 times a day. If/when they drain they may also come back from time to time. But I'd would seek a profesional's opinion on this sweetie!!! Good luck...

You need to go see a gynocologist. I don't want to scare you but it could be something that you least expected it to be.

take pain pills and wait till it passes....if you are serius thou you should seriously be seeing a doctor....they will guide you in the right direction
