Okay, i'm just a med student (NOT a doctor) so don't put much faith in my opinion.
Are you having any other symptons? If you are only experiencing dizziness and nausea, it could be many things. Have you noticed a ringing in your ears or hearing loss? How bad is the nausea? Are you vomiting? Any vision changes? headaches?
I'm not sure what is wrong with you but the doctor will most likely prescribe meclizine for the nausea and dizziness. It should help.
Update: Vomiting too? Okay, i'm guessing you may have something called Labyrinthitus. Please let me know what your doctor says. I'm curious. :o

I'm no doctor, but it sounds like a stomach flu.
You say dizziness, nausea. I'm also assuming aches and pains everhwere, chills, and fatigue. Its a guess.
Make sure you have plenty of fluids. Ginger ale or orange juice/cranberry juice. Its good for flushing the system and getting nutrients into you so you won't feel a dizzy. And reduce activities that you don't need to do. Don't stress yourself out, that just makes things worse.
If you're in decent health overall, you should be able to beat this think in a couple weeks. Best of health.
Others mentioned pregnancy too... possible. Definitely consult the doc.

I had similar symptoms for three weeks just a little while ago. While it was never fully diagnosed but the doctor thinks it may have been giardia. It was originally diagnosed as sleep deprivation but this turned out to be false. Giardia is a parasite that infects the digestive tract. Symptoms vary, but nausea is commom. I went on an anti-parasitic and it cleaned me up. Oh, by the way, you get it from drinking unpurified water and symptoms appear about a week after you ingest the parasite so you might want to think about if you could have gotten it or not. I hope this helps.

Maybe you should go to the dr & get some real help. It could be something really bad or as simple as a nutritional dificency. You could even be pregnant. One thing is for sure, you will not get better looking for answers here. You need a dr who can observe you and look at your symtoms.

Hmmm... it sounds like Prompopolus Scrimpetigo, more commonly known as The Scrimples.
If it gets any worse, see if you can get an emergency appointment with your doctor, instead of waiting until next week.

It might help to order a toothbrush sanitizer. Before it arrives in the mail, soak your toothbrush in antiseptic mouthwash for about an hour before using it each time.
