each hospital has different policys. They base your bill Depending on your income. You didnt say where your from so its a little diffectult to answer since policys are different from state to state. If you dont quilify for puclic aid or meddic aid. so countys have a medical program for people who have no insurance and have a low income. I'dcall your county buliding and ask. Other wise you may haave to just set up a repayment plan. Your health is more important. ISN"T IT!! I think so. Please seek help.

I had the same thing except mine was not discovered until it had ruptured. After it ruptures they have to cut you more than if it hadn't so they can tell if it has caused infection and make sure they get it all out of you. I wanted them to take both of mine cause they found a large cyst on my other ovary but they would not take it only removed the cyst so now I have it to look forward to again some day but hope to catch it before it ruptures so maybe they can do the laprascopic surgery. (Not sure if I spelled right but maybe you get the message) I wish you the best may God be with you.
By the way I didn't have insurance either I just pay what I can when they can and they accept it.

You should just get the surgery and then declare bankruptcy. Sorry, but if you really need it that badly that is the only way. If you have surgery with no insurance the price will probably be in the tens of thousands range and you would never be able to pay it off. It is possible to declare bankruptcy on ONLY your medical bills - so if you have a car payment or a house you can still keep them, and just not have the medical debt.
I have a friend that had her appendix burst, then had to spend 7 days in the hospital with NO INSURANCE. Her bills came out to about $60,000 - so she had no choice but to declare bankruptcy.

If you have to have to surgery, then you must. You'll just have to make payment arrangements with the hospital. It sucks having to pick up the whole tab, but you really shouldn't put a price on your health.

Find out if you can just have the surgery and have them bill you and work out a payment plan. Sorry, that's the only thing I can think of.
