Yes,When I'm due on my period at inconvenient times I always go on the quick cycle.Also a friend of my who was 6 foot went on a short spin and came out 3 foot 8.Modern technology is fantastic don't you think?

Delecate wash not needed - just wash yourself in the shower with a big lace puff.

i dont know , but it doesn't sound very safe...if you are washing delicates in the machine use woolite detergent on the gentle cycle .
