I have had pain in my upper back and neck for about 10 years and although I have been seeing an NHS physio for most of this time , there has been little improvement. It is not too bad when I am active , but when I try to relax I get pins and needles and it really aches from my shoulder blades up.. If I lift my arm above shoulder height my hand is numb within a minute and Ifind it uncomfortable to sleep or lean on either shoulder.
All the hospital do is give me exercises ,which I do but I am getting fed up now.... any ideas ?

I've heard that Listerine can leave the mouth dried out, so I was wondering it it would still be okay to use this (or any alcohol-based mouthwashes) after getting my tooth pulled yesterday. I haven't done anything yet and just want to make sure before I do something foolish.

I would like to try a new routine but am having a little trouble motivating myself to start. Any new routine would help. I like strength training and weights.

I am currently in a four month relationship with a girl that I love with all of my heart. She is the best thing that has happened to me and I honestly believe that. She's always nice and sweet to me and just everything is so great. The only thing is I told one lie to her and I can't get over it. I let this girl give me a handjob or whatever before we were going out and before I had even met her. We had talked on the phone but I didn't think much and I was nervous because I had never met her. It was the first time I had ever had a girl mess with me or whatever. I told her that she just grabbed it or whatever but it was a little more than that. I am still and virgin but I can't get over not telling the whole truth. I don't want things to change between us because of this or anything that's why I'm afraid to tell. ( it's in the past and it was before we met but I dunno I think about it everyday and I regret lieing but I'm scared to tell the truth) I worry about it a lot. Please Help

I was wondering if this would be considered a reasonably healthy breakfast:

1 cup of scrambled eggs (plain, cooked)
8oz (1 cup) of fresh-squeezed orange juice
One (1) blueberry Nutrigrain bar

Thanks :)

I am a nursing mother, trying to loose about 15 lbs of baby weight. My problem is I am tired of drinking water! All I drink is water. I do not drink soda, I don't like crystal light, but I want to have more options. What other drinks can I drink that does not have tons of sugar(which I totally hate), and is not a flavored water? Please help......!!!!

I've been experiencing sciatica for the first time in my life (I'm 24), and my best educated guess so far of the cause is a herniated disc, and I was just wondering, if that's the cause, will the disc heal itself? If so, in what time frame? and what can I do to encourage that?

Or is this something that's just going to bug me off and on for the rest of my life?

I appreciate any insights

It was raining hard and the floor was flooded... I was walking in my flip-flops and then I slipped. I landed flat so both the back of my head and my hip hit the floor hard, like really hard. It felt funny the moment my head bumped onto the floor (i mean it's like a cartoon or something) but I'm worried if my cerebrum gets hurt or something. This happened like 3 hours ago and i'm still conscious, but can somebody tell me if I should see a doctor or not? (I'm not old though, i'm under 20 so no worries about my backbone or whatever)

I have lost 45 lbs and I am trying to look good in my wedding dress. Everything seems to be getting smaller except for my arms. They are the same as they were 45lbs ago! I am looking for a way to slim them with out getting bulky. Any suggestions other then continue with dieting?
