I have lost 45 lbs and I am trying to look good in my wedding dress. Everything seems to be getting smaller except for my arms. They are the same as they were 45lbs ago! I am looking for a way to slim them with out getting bulky. Any suggestions other then continue with dieting?

Lifting heavy weights will not make most women get bulky. You have the wrong kind of hormones for that. Even male bodybuilders work their butts off for every pound of muscle gained. It's a common misconception that women need to do lots of reps with light weights to "tone up" but the mechanism is exactly the same - you fatigue the muscle by lifting weights, and the muscle becomes stronger as it repairs itself. You have exactly the same effect whether you fatigue the muscle with lots of light reps, or a few heavy ones. Lots of light reps just provide more cardio as you're lifting, and in doing so burn more calories.

Weight training is a great option for women. If you don't want to do endless reps with light weights, go heavier and add some running, cycling or other cardio to your workout.

That extra arm flab can be difficult to lose...if its very saggy, i mean like (oprah arm) it can only be removed surgically..but if its jus a bit, lift smaller ammounts of weight and do alot of reps, and good cardio is going to burn the fat all over the body so do weights and cardio. Lifting heavier ammts will make you look bulky. Good Luck

I use the phyto countour line of these new swiss natural products calles swissjust, the bust firming cream is really good not only for the bust area but also for flabby arms. I have noticed more firmness after one month. They have spa quality for a good price.

try the old cling film tactic when exercising wrap it around the area, and it should help sweat out excess water, you will need to tone after but concentrate on getting rid of the fatty tussue first. hope all goes well.

extend your arms and close your fists (to create impact), slightly bump together your fists facing front then bump it again behind your back. repeat this move of bouncing your extended arms and closed fists front and back.. this sure works, i've tired it!

Swimming.
It slims, yet doesn't bulk.
