Not if taken as directed. Symptoms of an acetaminophen overdose are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, sweating, seizures, confusion, and an irregular heartbeat. So if you are taking the right dose and not drinking with it, then you need to stop taking it and call your doctor.

i dont believe so.. once upon a time my dr had me on 8 tylenol e.s. every four hours and i never once had any issues besides being sick to my stomach..

if you overdosed yes but it would mean your liver and kidneys were not dealing with it and you risk killing yourself
