So i'm only 13 and inp.e there is going to be a fitness test soon. My goal is a A but in order to get that i need to do 40 pushups,40 situps and hang on the bar for 1 minute eye sight level. Is there a way to increase my amount of pushup,situps and the hanging on bar.

I don't know how far away your test is, but start now and practice. Do not wait until the day of or even day before to start. Try starting with 10 pushups, 10 situps and repeat. Increase the amount by two or five a day. The last three days do all pushups and than all situps. I wouldn't do any the day before - let yourself rest so you'll have plenty of energy for the exam.

Yes, do them everyday or maybe twice a day. Eventually you can increase the amount you can do...just like any form of exercise. Endurance and muscle strength take time to build up. You don't start running three miles, you start out slow and shorter.

yes, by practicing...

do a few of each every day until just before the test and don't do any the day before....
