I would like to try a new routine but am having a little trouble motivating myself to start. Any new routine would help. I like strength training and weights.

Hey! My favorite routine is 30 minutes of stretching followed by 20 minutes of Pilates, then a 45 minute brisk walk. Later in the day I'll do a few reps of weight lifting between commercials or while dinner is cooking. I love the calm, relaxed mental state that the stretches and Pilates puts me into.

You might want to try giving www.crossfit.com a try. The system there is unlike anything else and is actually goes against the modern fitness model. It is weird but it works. Basically it posts a workout everyday that takes around 20 to 30 minutes. It focuses on general fitness and overall health. It is pretty addictive as well. Look on the website and check the FAQ, it might be just what you are looking for.

the best exercise routine would be a mix of aerobics and yoga. there is no specific place online that i could tell you to look at. but i would say look for fitness classes that are a mix of both these things otherwise it gets dull. music peps u up, so make a collection of music that you love to move to and play that to help you get started.
goodluck!

I like to do a basic floor/mat stretching routine similar to Pilates for my warm-up and then hop on my treadmill for 100 minutes!

I love swimming and biking. I have a home trainer connected to my computer, so I can bike existing tracks that even go up and down (I hate going up though). I use at least 20 minutes every day.
