I have had a constantly pounding headache for the past week.

I have been to my doctors and I have been taken the tablets he has perscribed now for 5 days and still I have the constant headache and the doctor said to come back in 2 weeks.

But, I can't put up with this headache as I as I work in Local Authority and attend lots of meetings and it is making it hard for me to consentrate on my work.

Please note I have not changed my diet and I have not changed my sleep pattern.

It's driving me insane, can anyone suggest something..

I found this site a few days ago, and am seriously considering undergoing this treatment. I've been plagued with near-constant stomach pains and headaches and a general feeling of malaise since I was 13, with no solid diagnoses from my doctors.

I'm wary, however. This product seems to be a magical cure-all. My mind automatically associates things like this with snake-oil salesmen. I'm never convinced by testimonials, because... well, would they really post negative feedback on their site if they're trying to sell something?

So is this system worth spending my money on?

After a very violent argument with my husband, I sought help from my GP for depression and after being persuaded to have a brief stay in hospital, was placed under section 5 (2) of the Mental Health Act 1981 and was held against my will for twenty four hours when I decided I would rather go home. I felt that this was an unreasonable course of action for the doctor to have taken and told her so. I have been discharged but am suffering sleep problems and panic attacks from the trauma that being sectioned has caused. I can't trust doctors any more, but my sleep problems are leaving me rather desperate. I have requested an independent investigation into the event, but don't have any real faith that they will agree with me. Does anyone have any similar experiences? What should I do?

I am on a medication that can put extra lbs on you fast! It is helping with the bipolar episofde I am now in. I already weight 236 and I am 5'10" Losing weight for me is hard as it is and alot of foods upset my stomach. I have hard time with eating because of a gastic bypass I had done 20 years ago. I would like a VERY SIMPLE plan that I can follow to lose or at least maintain my current weight. Can';t stay focused long enough for complicated like weight watchers. Any suggestions?
