try doing the natural detox without any other products. just alter ur diet and lifestyle and to help elevate the detox process u can use herbs or natural products available at most health stores.
this will do the trick and i see no reason why u'd have to buy any external prodcuts to detox ur body.all the best!

Yes, natural detox is a GREAT way to cure the body of many problems. I have done it myself and know what it can do. I myself had several problems that dr after dr could not figure out and finally I got tired of feeling so bad I did my own research and did everything naturally. After just a couple weeks I was feeling 100%. All my major problems were gone. The guy on here who wrote that you do not have toxins because your liver and colon take care of that is crazy. yes, they do take care of toxins, the problem however is your body cannot keep up with the amount of toxins we have in the world today. There is just too much. If that guy is correct in what he is trying to tell you, then you could drink a gallon of motor oil and be just fine. not quite! Your liver and colon are not invincible. they can only handle so much. Celebrities get colon cleanses all the time. Not only does it help you lose weight, it will help your body be able to handle toxins much more effiently. Just like anything else, your body needs cleaned out to run more effeciently. There are some "cleanses" out there that do not do the job, so be careful. Most however do work. Go to a natural foods store or health food store and they should have someone there very knowledgable about what cleanses work and which dont. But please, do try it, it sounds to me like you could really really benefit from it. AND last of all, what could it hurt? its cheaper then meds and seeing Dr's, so why not try it? The key is, to follow the instructions to a tee! do not cheat or it will not work the way it should.

I suggest you look at Elizabeth Lipski's 'Digestive Wellness', and Murray & Pizzorno's Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine. Both have excellent chapters on detox and cleansing procedures with lots of expert advice and discussion and the necessary cautions. A little study here will pay off big rewards.
Let's Get Well by Adelle Davis is also good for diet guidelines to improve one's overall health and wellfare.
Good luck and God bless!
You can order all books on Alibris.com if you can't find a copy in the library or a local health food store.

Trust your science and doctors first. If you cannot get a satisfactory diagnosis from one, seek a second or even a third opinion. You may be anemic which may be causing your headaches and malaise. The stomach pains may be something unrelated, perhaps gastritis; but it is not safe to assume so, please see a doctor on this. Your liver is the natural detixifier in the boidy and unless you are suffering from liver malfunction there is no need for any arttificial detoxification, and natural products will not help.

It is true that most disease comes from a bad digestive system. Toxins do build up in people's bodies and then sickness comes. The concept of cleaning yourself out is a good one. I don't know what is in this product but if it is an herbal detox it would be good to try. Remember once you get cleaned out you must put good healthful food into your system after that to keep feeling better. MEAT, processed foods, fast foods, dairy, coffee, alcohol and cigarettes leave toxins and hormones in the body. So fresh vegetables, fruits and whole grains must be eaten after the body is detoxified.
Try it because it is probably good.

Apparently you have been to see your doctor without much success in finding a solution to your problems. Before you decide to purchase a product off the internet I recommend you contact a health food store in your area and go to see what other products are available where you can see them, ask questions about them and where you can return them if you don't get the promised results. There are many detoxing products on the market that are available in a store near you that are as good as or better than the one you are looking at on the internet. Genesis Today 4 Total Cleanse, to name one, is available in your local market for less than thirty dollars and the doctor that developed it is Dr Lindsey Duncan. You can go to his site www.askdrlindsey.com and fill out a questionaire for free. The doctor will evaluate your questionaire and email you with the results and one of his staff will follow up with a phone call several days later. My Executive Producer is a diabetic, she filled out the questionaire and went on a modified program that Dr Lindsey recommended that met with her doctor's approval. She has been able to reduce her insulin as a result of Dr Lindsey's suggestions. She began her program with a cleanse by Dr Lindsey. The health questionaire is free and so is the analysis. Dr Lindsey specializes in detoxification programs. Check out his site. All of his products are available at any good health food store nationwide.

There a several different pre-packaged detox programs available. Check with your local health food store to see which one they recommend. I use and recommend a whole-body detox by Renew. It is gentle, yet effective; and is reasonably priced (about $30). Since you have a chronic problem, you may need to repeat the detox therapy a few times to achieve maximum results. I would suggest a schedule of three weeks on, one week off, then three weeks on again.
If this therapy doesn't help, you can visit a naturopath to help determine what your body needs to balance. If you would like to find one, but don't know where to look, you can find one near you at http://www.trinityschool.org. They have graduates listed by state on their web site.

Detoxing your body is the best present you can give it. If the bowels are working properly, the entire system functions better.
Instead of purchasing a product over the internet, please check with your local health food store. They will be able to advise you which products to take. Most stores have well-qualified, educated staff to assist you.
