First, I would rephrase your question. It won't give you any sensations all on it's own-- I think you are asking about the feelings that arise when it is stimulated, correct?
I think it's pretty impossible to describe the feelings that it gives, or what you will do or say when it is being stimulated! That depends entirely on the situation (for instance, if you are doing it on your own or with your partner).
As for your edit about liking it or not liking it-- I can't imagine anyone NOT liking the single most important factor in the female orgasm. Most women can not climax through penetration alone, and need clitoral stimulation.
