I am on a medication that can put extra lbs on you fast! It is helping with the bipolar episofde I am now in. I already weight 236 and I am 5'10" Losing weight for me is hard as it is and alot of foods upset my stomach. I have hard time with eating because of a gastic bypass I had done 20 years ago. I would like a VERY SIMPLE plan that I can follow to lose or at least maintain my current weight. Can';t stay focused long enough for complicated like weight watchers. Any suggestions?

Hi: Your best course of action is go to your doctor and maybe he can prescribe a different drug that has less side effects such as overeating, and he can offer advice on how to maintain and lose weight and can even give you a plan to follow. It is worth a visit.
