I sprinkle it on my porridge in the morning but heard that it won't benefit you unless it is ground up. Is that true and hHow long will it keep if it is ground up?

I tried the oil, I didn't see any benefits at all. But when I saw the Doc on the morning programme, he was just eating it raw and sprinkling it on food, so it should be ok what you're doing.

Are you seeing any benefits from this?
