If you read the fine print on the Hydroxycut commercials, the people who lost all the weight did so by combining Hydroxycut with a 2,000 calorie per day diet and exercise. Problem is they didn't specify how much exercise. BE VERY CAREFUL using fat burners or diet pills to lose weight. They mess with your metabolism, and once you stop taking them your metabolism slows down even more, so you gain all the weight back -- with interest -- once you stop taking the pills, unless you become an exercise fanatic or continue to eat an overly-restrictive diet. Eating right and exercise are STILL the most effective ways to lose weight and keep it off.

That stuff won't work. The only way to lose weight is a healthy diet and working out 20-30 mins 3 times a week. Persistence is a key word. Good luck.

I used for several months and it did great. I felt good, better than I had in a long time, and it helped pull the weight off. Then it tore my stomach up. I haven't went back to using it yet, but am going to. You may have to use and then take a break. But I loved it. I had tried a bunch others and it was the only one that worked.

I tried it for about 2 months, didn't help me. My greatest weight loss came after I stopped taking them while maintained the diet I was on with exercise.

No....But I suspect anything that comes from infomercials. Set up a diet and exercise program for long term weight reduction. No getting around diet and exercise.See your primary care physician and a nutritionist.
