My ENT will not take a culture to test for funal sinus infections even though I have chronic infections. Is there anybody who has funal sinus infections and if so what are your symtoms?

My lower back has been hurting when I try to sit up or turn over after lying on my back. And that's the only time it hurts. It's a SHARP pain at the base of my spine, slightly to the right (my right) of the spine. Muscle relaxants and Aleve or Advil don't do anything for the pain. It's been going on since May and it doesn't seem to get any better or any worse (although, sometimes it subsides by morning, and sometimes it doesn't).

I have a Ganglion on my left wrist I know it is the Dr told me. but I have now noticed I have a ganglion type of lump on right wrist. But not sure if it is a ganglion as this one is soft to touch. Can ganglions be soft as well this one is the same size and shape as the one on my right wrist but the other one is hard this one is soft. could it still be a gangloin or is there somthing else it could be. If so what would that be.

I want to wrestle in the 189 weight class, but I'm only 175. I've been lifting weights 3-4 times a week for a while now and I take a protein shake after each workout, but I have not gained too much weight. Anyone have any suggestions of how to gain around 10 pounds of muscle mass?

I dont understand how I can lose weight if i consume 1000 calories a day. if i do light exercises like walking ten blocks a day and walking up ten flights of stairs a day, and dont do anything else (i work at a desk in an office, and dont have time to go to a gym). how many calories can i possibly burn? if this helps, i am five feet two inches and i weigh 155 pounds. i also want to know how to shrink my 36d bra size, if possible. thank you all in advance.
