The only way is to take a pill. You can ask your doctor for one that will not affect the way that you act and such and ones that don't make you gain weight. My mother was going to be on her period when we went on vacation but she got on this pill. She was perfectly normal and fine. There was no changes in anything, her attitude, nothing.

I strongly suggest this!

Unless you are on the pill, there's not much you can do.... BUT if you have a couple of months before you are planning to leave, you can go to your doc or public health clinic and get a prescription now, and then just take your packs of pills consecutively for the two months surrounding your vacation.

You can try to get on the pill now and skip your period during your first month. It may or may not work. It really depends on your own personal body chemistry. I'd try it though.

go get the Depo Prevera shot. You don't get any periods on it, although some spot al little at first, and you get the shot every 3 months.

Sorry to tell you but if you're not on the pill there isn't anything you can do about it.

No. And periods are actually good. If you want to be fertile, you have to have periods.
